Delivery Options & Costs:


Brownies ordered online can be delivered throughout the whole of the UK. The brownies online store price includes the cost of the delivery. We ship on a next day delivery service the next working day after you place the order. If you want them to arrive on a specific day, please mention. this in the order notes. 

Who are your couriers for brownie orders?

For orders in England, Wales, and some parts of Scotland, your order will be delivered by DPD.

You'll receive a text message and/or email on the morning of your delivery, confirming your one-hour delivery window.

For orders in Northern Ireland, Highlands, and Islands, your order will be delivered by Royal Mail (Tracked 24) and can take up to 3 days to arrive.

Please Note: Once we have shipped your brownie order, it is not possible to cancel the order. 

Is my delivery date guaranteed?

Unfortunately, we can't guarantee your order will arrive on a specific day. This is because unforeseen events can occur, such as adverse weather conditions or delays en route. 

Anything else I should know?

Our packages are slightly too big to fit through standard letter boxes. Therefore, you'll need someone to be home to receive the order. You can also arrange for your parcel to be left in a safe place via the DPD app.

Please include a phone number for the recipient or yourself to receive delivery updates. If you do not, we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries.

Please make sure the delivery address is correct. Once our brownies have been dispatched we are unable to change the address and you may incur a charge if we need to resend the order.

Do you deliver abroad?

This can be arranged at an additional cost. Please email us for a quotation bespoke@barefootoxford.co.uk

My brownies are damaged – what should I do?

Should your order(s) arrive damaged and/or defective, please send photo evidence of this to bespoke@barefootoxofrd.co.uk  and our team will proceed accordingly.

Delivery Options & Costs:


All cakes are made to order and can only be delivered to the City of Oxford area; postcodes OX1-OX5. A fixed fee of £10.00 is charged for delivery. No delivery options are currently available outside of these Oxford postcodes. Alternatively made to order cakes, can be collected from one of our Oxford stores.

Lead times for Cake Orders

As all cakes are made to order, we need at least 2 working days (Monday - Friday) notice for private orders. We do not bake on a weekend for private orders.

For example, if you order after 12pm on a Wednesday, your order will not be delivered on the Friday. It will be ready for delivery the following Tuesday. Orders received over the weekend will be delivered on the following Tuesday as well unless an alternative date has been specified at checkout.

Please Note:

It is not possible to change an address, delivery date or message after you have checked out. Please make sure you check all the details are correct before you checkout.

Ordering On a Weekend

Any orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the Monday (excluding bank holidays).

Can I change my mind about an Order?

Cake orders can be cancelled if we are given more than 48hrs notice. We reserve the right to make an administration fee of 25% of the order total. If ordered in less than 48hrs notice, no refund will be given.
