Frosting: Lemon Buttercream
Sponge: A moist zingy sponge, full of grated lemon juice and zest.
Filling: Lemon curd and blueberries
Two layer decoration: Naked sides, lemon curd, blueberries in the centre, topped with lemon buttercream and even more blueberries. This cake has naked sides.
Storage: Store in the fridge to preserve the cream cheese frosting.
Eat by: This cake will be good for up to 7 x days if stored in the fridge.
How to serve: Never eat our cakes straight from the fridge, cake should always be eaten at room temp. So, take the cake out of the fridge at least 4 hours before serving.
Allergens: Gluten (Wheat flour), Egg, Dairy
Collection of cake: All Cake collections will be from Midday on the day you have requested. If you need your cake in the morning on that day, you will need to select the day before, so the cake will be in store ready for you to collect.
Delivery: We can deliver your cake Monday – Friday for a charge of £10 within Oxford.

The best!
We struggle to find many gluten and dairyfree cake bakers in Oxfordshire, and when you do, lets just say, its not worth writing home about! - Barefoot were able to cater too all allergies - on top of that, it was quite possibly one the best cakes we have ever had. Incredibly tasty! Additionly I must thank you for turning it around so quickly and catering for my poor organisational skills!
