Something fruity?! Using all the delicious ingredients from our classic plain browine, but we've added a layer of raspberry compote in the centre, topped with fresh raspberries. So when you take a bite you will have the dark rich chocolate gooeyness from the brownie but then a sweet surprise from the compote. As we know.... Raspberries are the perfect pairing with chocolate, I think you have just found your new favourite combo. Think rich French "mousse au chocolat".
